Appendix 06では、太陽光の特徴を説明しています。
太陽光には紫外線が豊富です。
しかし紫外線は、シリコンの結晶内を
0．2ミクロン以上、奥深くに透過する
ことができません。
また波長が 1.1 ミクロン以上の遠赤外線
になりますと、シリコン結晶型太陽電池で、
加熱され、さらにPN接合にリーク電流が増加して、
太陽電池の光の変換効率が劣化します。
この遠赤外線を反射させる工夫が
太陽電池に必要になります。
