イメージセンサーの映像信号は雑音と
クロックの中に埋めています。

ほんの短い瞬間、ある時点の短い時間
区間だけに映像信号が存在します。

その時点だけ　Switchを　ON にして、
容量に瞬間的に信号電荷を蓄え、
それを　source follower 回路で、
電流増幅する、 sample hole 回路と
いうのが、従来からありました。

そしてそれを３個使うことにより、
より良い雑音が少なくなり、実用化に
耐えるレベルになってきました。

もともとその技術は　CCDに利用されて
いましたが、CMOSイメージセンサーでは
さらに効果があることが判明して使われる
ようになりました。

Corelated Double Sampling Hold 回路
というもので、1972年の　Prof. M. White
の発明でした。

CCDが　super star だった時代の、
MOS Image sensorの　救世主でした。
